Taare Zameen Par

Ishaan Awasthi the problem child in every household. Rebuked by everyone. Very few person to understand him and that makes him feel lonely. He could not show his expertise in the field he is good at until someone like Ram Shankar Nikumbh come in his life to make him and the world realise his potential. This is what Taare Zameen Par, the latest blockbuster from Amir Khan is all about. This three line story seems to be very normal bollywood flick but you are wrong. This movie has the essence of the problem that the modern society is facing. Ishaan Awasthi and Dyslexia was only representative of the problem. There is a child in every house hold its different that all of them are not suffering from Dyslexia but they have some or other problem. No on is there to understand him, he feels lonely and left one in this society. This leads him to take wrong path to come out of his loneliness and that's the reason that the modern society is witnessing so much violent act from the school going kids. Amole Gupta (Writer & creative director of TZP) and Amir khan has done a wonderful job by recognising this problem and presenting this movie in front of the world. This must act as an eye opener for school teachers and parents to understand the need of every child and help them out to overcome their problem.

NANO- A boost to India's technological Innovation

When sometime in 1995 Mr. Ratan Tata announced that TATA group would be coming out with Rs. 1 lakh car there was strong criticism from almost every section of the society. Be it environmentalist or industrialist. Every one had their own reason of disagreeing to his idea. But this man kept his promise and came up with the common man car. Seeing the importance and criticality of the project he gave it in an experienced hand of Mr. Girish Wagh. He was given a time frame of 30 months and was told to start from scratch. He choosed his own set of experts and came up with the dream car in stipulated time. People say that the condition in India is not suitable for innovation but while saying this they forget that those who are coming up with new innovations are working in the same condition.
In his article regarding NANO Management Guru C.K. Prahalad gave a term that INNOVATION SANDBOX. According to him in a country like India there would be many constraints particularly when you are working on a product for people at the Bottom of Pyramid. But working under these constraints would help you to come up with something innovative and that's what Mr. Wagh did.
There was sharp reaction from all the automobile giants almost everyone planning to come up with similar project. But after all India has taken the lead and the world has accepted her leadership. Hats off to Mr. Ratan Tata and Er. Girish Wagh
